Project Sales Executive – Apartments

The Company

Our client is an established Property group renowned for their decades of experience in selling out Residential Apartment & Townhome off the plan projects across inner Melbourne. There is a current requirement for a seasoned high-performing Sales Executive to join their team for an upcoming project launch.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an autonomous Sales role based between their Head Office and the relevant display suite, with day to day responsibilities including developing strong product knowledge, following up qualified leads, customer appointments, negotiating and closing a sales. You will also be responsible for monthly reporting and maintaining the CRM. This is not a high volume role, but more focused on a high level of quality and the time taken to sell a higher quality superior designed product to the more educated, sophisticated and discerning clientele.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Current VIC Agent’s Rep Certificate or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in Off The Plan sales, with a strong track record of high performance and delivering outcomes in the current market
  • Experience in new project launches & experience in selling projects up to 10km from CBD
  • Knowledge of the inner city Apartment market
  • Customer centric with an ability to create immediate rapport with prospective purchasers
  • Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays
  • Current Driver’s licence and own vehicle
