The Company

This real estate investment and asset management firm focuses on acquiring, developing and owning a range of properties across the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. With significant capital to fund new projects, they manage their own internal pipeline, as well as funding development with JV partners.

The Role

As a Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager), you will work closely with the GM to ensure the projects the company has invested in are closely monitored and managed at all times. You’ll take full ownership of, and ensure accurate and timely reporting for, all assigned projects.

Where the business acts as the developer, you’ll also lead with regards to project feasibility, design developments, planning, sales & marketing, construction and settlement.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate for this role will be an established project professional who has taken full ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
• You must have worked extensively in delivering projects in the commercial and retail asset class. You will also have any interest to grow your experience beyond project delivery and move into the front end of the development cycle.
• Proven ability to instil confidence in a broad range of project participants and stakeholders.
