Business Development Manager – House & Land/Townhomes

  • Newly created role within a high growth Residential Builder with a high-quality design led product
  • Monday to Friday role with hybrid/flexible work arrangements working mostly out of office
  • Senior role suited to an established BDM/Channel Sales Manager with existing partner relationships

The Company

Our client is a market leading and highly reputable Residential Builder & Property Developer with strong relationships throughout the industry. You will be joining a company that has already achieved great success and is a trusted name, but is also in a high growth phase and expanding their team including this level created senior Business Development Manager opportunity.

The Role

In this role you will develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand the company’s database of channel partners, leveraging off your existing experience and relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

You will establish and maintain strong long-term relationships, develop and implement weekly contact strategies to channel groups, negotiate and close deals, develop strong knowledge of current market conditions and trends, manage the CRM, and ultimately achieve set sales targets.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2+ years experience in a similar BDM/Relationship Manager/Channel Sales Manager role with existing channels essential
  • Extensive knowledge in House & Land and Medium Density and current market conditions
  • Strong relationship management skills, and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Best suited to a high-performing, self-driven & tenacious individual who strives for excellence and wants to align themselves with a like-minded team and company

A salary comprised of a competitive base salary and uncapped incentives for each sale is on offer, negotiable upon your experience, in addition to a laptop, mobile phone and the business, marketing and executive support to see you succeed.
