About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable property developer who specialises in commercial, retail and industrial assets.

Supporting the General Manager, our client is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their collaborative and fast-paced company! The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan whilst confidently managing workloads from the extended team.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules
  • Office Manager of NSW office
  • Ensure office is consistently neat, tidy and organised
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
  • Minute taking and boardroom preparation
  • Assistance with projects and operational tasks
  • Managing expectations and daily workflow
  • Coordinating & attending monthly team meetings
  • Generating agendas, collating/distributing documents/reports
  • Assisting with the organisation of committee meetings/papers
  • Preparing/formatting documents
  • Organising and attending events/functions

Skills/ Experience

  • Ideally seeking a candidate from the Property sector
  • 5 years experience in administration
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Experience in minute taking is a must
  • Ability to build exceptional rapport internally and externally
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and proven experience
  • Excellent time management skills
