The Company
This mid-scale property development company has a reputation for developing successful, high-profile land and built-form communities and precincts around Australia. They’ve been on an upward trajectory in acquiring a number of large-scale projects across Australia and have recently acquired a large land parcel set to accommodate a multi-building, mixed-use development.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll be taking ultimate responsibility for all facets of this project. Specifically, but not limited to:

In order to be successful in this opportunity, you will need to have excellent skills managing apartment or other built-form projects in a development/project management capacity. This role may suit a Project Manager seeking a new, higher challenge, or someone currently in a Senior PM or Development Manager position seeking a new and exciting project. A degree qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Property or similar is a must along with the base skills including planning, design management, tendering, contract management and stakeholder engagement. In terms of soft skills, well developed negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal), strong business acumen, and a proven ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and resilience are required.
