An award-winning Property developer with a number of significant Residential and Mixed-Use projects at varying stages of development approval and delivery. They have a focus on attracting and retaining the top talent in the industry through initiatives such as structured career development, ongoing training and external courses, well-being programs, performance bonus programs and more.
They are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their existing Marketing team and help drive the marketing for some of their most significant projects, as well as assist with the corporate brank marketing.
Your role will report to the Marketing Manager and involve support on 2-3 allocated significant Built Form projects including current projects, upcoming launches and projects in planning where you will help establish the project brand vision.
You will assist with management and delivery of effective marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered to a high quality and within budget and time constraints, manage and coordinate external marketing agencies, monitor and update all digital marketing platforms, collate market research and competitor analysis, manage project launches and events, manage marketing budgets, liaise internally with the Development and Sales teams and all other activities relating to project launches and more. You will be in a small enough team to have your input heard whilst you continue to develop your Marketing skills & grow with the company.
