The Company

Our client endeavours to develop, design and build exemplary luxury apartments and townhouses in highly desired Melbourne locations. With a strong focus on creating exemplary projects using a mix of design and architecture, the end products are ensured to be second to none.

The Role

You will have demonstrated experience across the full development life cycle of from preliminary acquisition phase right through to construction & settlement. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work autonomously and be trusted to oversee site identification, due diligence and acquisition processes, then manage these projects through development and ultimately, delivery. The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Utilisation of the company’s budget strategically to acquire new land with intention to build;
  • Management of rezoning and planning processes of new sites;
  • Being held accountable for the successful development and delivery of apartment and medium density projects across Melbourne;
  • Taking projects from initial concept design through to completion monitoring budget, scheduling and quality expectations;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to obtain required permits and approvals;
  • Clearly and concisely report on project progress to management.

Skills & Behaviours

To be suited for this role you will preferably be from a Project Management background, but not critical as long as you’re experienced in delivery. You must have managed development and delivery of similar projects and be happy to get into the detail as well as be able to see the bigger picture. You’ll possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create close working relationships with an internal development team and external stakeholders. With an attitude of wanting to hit the ground running, you will require minimal supervision when carrying out your day to day tasks.


This role is the first step of building a team and in the near future you’ll become an integral part of the team and as the project base grows you’ll be give the opportunity to build the team below you. This is a ‘ground-floor’ opportunity which will allow you to define the future of the business.
