Woodlea is a 711-hectare, greenfield masterplanned community, situated in Rockbank, 29 kilometres west of Melbourne’s CBD, which upon completion will accommodate approximately 20,000 residents. With over 6,000 residents currently residing there, Woodlea is an established and thriving community designed to support better living, from the diversity of the homes and the use of the landscape to the spirit of the neighbourhoods. Community amenity will include adventure and neighbourhood parks, sporting and recreation facilities, ample public and private educational facilities, accessible public transport and a future Town Centre comprised of an array of retail and F&B offerings, a medical centre, a co-working hub and more.
We are looking for a highly strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement the overall sales, marketing and customer relations strategy for Woodlea and create an individual identity for the project. Woodlea is a joint venture between Victoria Investment & Properties and Mirvac and you will report to the Project Director.
Your responsibilities will include financial and reporting requirements, management, mentoring and coaching of the sales, marketing and customer service teams, developing and implementing sales channel and retail strategies, develop price strategies, develop marketing strategies including digital marketing to enhance the customer experience and drive sales conversion. You will also develop and implement a project marketing strategy to ensure successful Land and Townhouse product releases, provide thought leadership to Directors and seek new ways to engage with the community and drive tangible outcomes.
