A national highly reputable Property Developer with a significant portfolio of Masterplanned Communities & High Density Apartment developments across the Eastern states of Australia through both direct investment and joint venture opportunities, and with strong aspirations to continue their growth throughout Australia. Due to this growth, a brand new position has been created within this Developer’s Sales & Marketing team, with an immediate start available.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales and marketing objectives and strategies for each project in your portfolio have been achieved. Your current portfolio of projects will be predominantly Land developments however you may have Built Form/Apartment projects in your future portfolio.
Your typical responsibilities will include Market research and analysing competitors’ activities, briefing and managing relationships with external Sales Agencies/Channels and external Marketing agencies such as Creative, Digital, Brand etc, developing strong knowledge in order to think innovatively and to make recommendations in company strategy meetings as well as provide pricing recommendations based on sound competitor knowledge per stage, ensuring all sales and marketing campaigns are implemented effectively and on time and budget, setting and managing sales and marketing budgets together with the Development Managers.
