The project in question promises to deliver something unique and unparalleled at the high end of the market targeting affluent downsizers/retirees, uncompromising on high quality and design and with an abundance of amenity.
This is a newly created Senior appointment requiring a seasoned professional, working collaboratively with another Sales Manager in the inner East. You will be relationship driven and provide exceptional customer service to prospective purchasers at every touchpoint and guide them through to sales process through to contract signing. You will be responsible for influencing and executing the sales strategy for this project and pipeline projects and work closely with the project team to deliver against the strategy and identify new opportunities for quality lead generation.
You will achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets to ensure the success of the project. This includes depositor retention tactics to reduce cancellations and building a community network, and attending/hosting events to build awareness of the project.
You will have a strong marketing campaign to support you however it is expected you will engage with the local community & groups to also generate your own leads.
