The Company

This organisation is a highly regarded development business that specialise in the marketing, sale and management of house and land packages within Victoria’s major growth corridors. With strong market relationships, this business has continued to grow at a rapid rate and increase their market share.

The Role

Due to this continued growth the business is now seeking an experienced Property Manager to be based out of their office in the West and assist across all end to end property management functions. With the support of a part time administrator, the Property Manager will be independent and autonomous and be required to manage the 156 properties from leasing through to arrears management.

Skills and Experience;

  • Property Management – full end to end
  • Leasing
  • New tenant onboarding
  • Tenancy application processes
  • Engage with tenants and landlords
  • Lease renewals
  • Troubleshooting and resolving all enquiries
  • Arrears management
  • Conduct condition reports
  • Open for inspections
  • Maintenance of the database and all administration duties
  • Marketing and social media updates

This role is looking at paying between $60k – $65k including super + car and fuel. The Property Manager will be required to work from 9am – 3pm on Saturday but will have every Tuesday off in lieu. Experience with REST is considered highly advantageous, however those with Console experience will also be considered.

You must have an Agents Rep certificate for this role and have at least 12 months experience as a Property Manager.


As the only Property Manager within the business, this person will have the opportunity to grow with the portfolio and establish a larger team underneath them. Reporting into the Business Manager, the Property Manager will be given freedom to make changes in the department that they feel may better advance the customer experience and administration efficiencies.
