The role

You will be working within an experienced team and be provided with training in recruitment processes, industry related information and extensive tools/resources to ensure a successful transition into a future consultant role.

Initially, this role will support the property team by providing successful recruitment and consulting outcomes for our clients while developing the careers of future industry leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the entire recruitment process
  • Prepare recruitment documentation and reports for clients, including candidate summaries and assignment briefs
  • Write and manage online advertising and marketing
  • Assist with the development of marketing plans and strategies
  • Prepare regular marketing mail-outs to candidates and clients
  • Screen candidate applications and manage enquiries
  • Arrange interviews and prepare reference checks
  • Proactively attract new candidates
  • Ensure existing candidates are kept up to date and regular contact is made
  • Actively attend industry events and functions
  • Assist with the accurate management of Kingfisher’s systems and processes

Requirements

  • Experience/exposure to recruitment and/or real estate/property is preferred
  • Engaging, friendly and trusted personality
  • Must be pro-active, take initiative and be self-motivated
  • Relationship management skills and team focused
  • Experience managing and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Follow systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience using MS Office suite
