This large scale National Development business specialise in the development of large scale land estates throughout Australia. With a focus on community and design, this organisation has won many awards for their master-planned communities.

About the role

This fantastic opportunity is based at a new development in the North East, and requires someone with a desire to build a career in Land and Built Form Sales and who has at least 6 months experience in Land or Builder Sales.

As the Sales/Property Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Sales Consultant to achieve Sales Targets
  • Engaging and qualifying purchasers
  • Preparing reports and sales documents
  • Assist in advertising and marketing activities
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Manage diaries and appointments
  • Database management
  • Assisting customers with questions and enquiries
  • Updating and distribution of price and stock lists
  • Engaging with stakeholders with regards to stock and pricing
  • Full management of the display presentation

Skills / Experience

To be successful in this role it is essential to have a strong customer service background, have a positive and happy disposition and be reliable. At least 12 months experience is required within either Land or Builder Sales.

Coupled with that you will have:

  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Be well presented
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
  • Strong, demonstrated customer service background.
