The Company

Opportunity to work for an impressive ASX-Listed investment manager based in their corporate Collins Street office. With a total of over $4 billion in assets under management and growing, this role has been created within their Melbourne team offering career prospects working for industry leaders.

The Position

You will be working closely with the Asset and Facility Managers to ensure the continued success and management of your portfolio with a team approach and working to achieve successful outcomes.

The Portfolio

You will be responsible for the Victorian portfolio, which includes approximately 50 tenants across 4 x A-grade office assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a well-managed portfolio
  • Manage the lease administration process including accurate data entry and critical dates
  • Manage outgoings, preparing statements and invoicing for CAPEX
  • Manage and collate accruals, forecasting and end of month budgeting
  • Collection of rental payments and ensure debt is managed at a continued low level
  • Ensure accurate and current documentation is saved in the property file and arrange collection of new documents when required
  • Inspect all properties on a regular basis or as required
  • Report maintenance issues to facilities team
  • Arrange access to properties for external leasing agents
  • Liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Property qualifications or similar are highly regarded
  • Experience in commercial property management and/or commercial administration is critical
  • Must have experience with lease administration and management
  • Ability to work in a small, cohesive team environment
  • Must have outstanding relationship management skills

Salary

Maximum salary is 95,000 (including super) – this is dependent on your level of experience, skills and interview performance.
