A privately owned boutique Property Developer based in Melbourne CBD who specialise in medium sized Apartment & Townhome projects of timeless quality in the inner Melbourne suburbs. Using only the top consultants to drive strong architectural and design outcomes they develop specifically with the owner/occupier in mind. Their strong pipeline of residential built form projects has led to a new requirement for a Project Sales Consultant
You will report directly to the Development Director, therefore this role will suit an experienced Project Sales Consultant who can work autonomously but also has support and direction from Senior Executives when needed. You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer journey from following up on the qualified leads that are presented to you right through to settlement, achieving sales targets, maintaining the CRM and weekly reporting, all sales contract documentation, negotiating variations and more. We are looking for someone with extremely high standards of customer service and a basic understanding of Townhome/Apartment design.

On offer is a generous salary package comprised of a base salary (negotiable on experience), plus a commission structure depending on experience that is above market rate and also increases with your tenure. The majority of your commission will be paid on unconditional contract, with the remainder at settlement.
