Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Assist in developing strategies including key milestones and sales targets
  • Execute and manage campaign rollout
  • Monitor and manage project result metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of market trends and competition
  • Prepare budgets for reports
  • Manage agreed-upon budget
  • Prepare land releases, flyers, and electronic mail to the database
  • Liaise closely with the sales team, key stakeholders, PR and Comms
  • Build company brand profile

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in property marketing, developing high-profile and successful results for major developments
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
