The Role

This opportunity will appeal to a talented Project Manager who is seeking a new challenge and career advancement. You will also be responsible for the delivery of refurbishment and fitout projects in the order of 2,000sqm and the procurement of equipment items from the US and China. This role has the potential for further career growth into a senior position as the business continues to grow their store portfolio.

Skills & Qualifications

With relevant tertiary qualification, you will also need to possess:

• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong technical skills and experience in managing fit out and refurbishment projects
• Demonstrate a successful track record in establishing, influencing and managing project stakeholders including the franchisee, statutory authorities, consultants and contractors
• Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and career ambition
