Due to growth within the Melbourne this organisation is seeking the support of an experienced HR/Operations Manager to provide high level support and management across the administration teams. More specifically, the Operations Manager will report directly into the Directors of the business and provide high level administrative support across various company projects.
The Operations Manager will be required to oversee all Administration and HR functions, with a team of up to 10 reporting directly into you. The Operations Manager will be required to maintain and oversee the smooth running of the office, monitor office processes and procedures and manage reporting requirements from both the administration and HR departments.
