The Role

Due to growth within the Melbourne this organisation is seeking the support of an experienced HR/Operations Manager to provide high level support and management across the administration teams. More specifically, the Operations Manager will report directly into the Directors of the business and provide high level administrative support across various company projects.

The Operations Manager will be required to oversee all Administration and HR functions, with a team of up to 10 reporting directly into you. The Operations Manager will be required to maintain and oversee the smooth running of the office, monitor office processes and procedures and manage reporting requirements from both the administration and HR departments.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Key administrative support to Directors
  • Management and overseeing administration and HR staff
  • Management of all reporting functions
  • Maintaining and improving company systems
  • Reviewing and managing supplier agreements
  • Provide back up reception and administration support

Experience

To be successful in this role it is essential to have at least 5 years experience in a HR or Operations Management position.

Coupled with that you will have:

  • Previous experience working within a medium sized business (minimum 50 staff)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with staff across multiple cultures
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a team orientated attitude
  • Have the ability to meet key deadlines
  • A strong ability to build relationships
