This property group was established to provide high quality developments here in Melbourne. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this close knit team in an Office Management capacity supporting the team in across a range of functions

About the role:

The position of Office Manager is a diverse and fast paced role, the position is multifaceted and busy, the successful candidate will be responsible for working across Office Management duties.

This may include but not be limited to;

  • Answering phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Ordering of office supplies – stationary, kitchen needs and catering supplies when required
  • Email correspondence and directing relevant messages internally
  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Accounts receivable
  • Reconciliations
  • Maintaining records
  • Administration support – filing, formatting of documents, scanning, researching and collating date
  • Providing support/executive assistance to two Directors
  • Managing meetings and meeting room bookings
  • Diary & travel management


  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management
  • Proven experience within Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable for at least 12 months
  • Be a team player and enjoy being the go to person of the office
  • Must have knowledge and confidence with MS Office Suites and either MYOB, XERO or CHEOPS
  • Experience from a Property or Construction background preferred
