National Sales & Marketing Manager

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the core focus of this position will be to drive the sales & marketing strategy for your business unit, lead a high-performing sales team to achieve all financial and operational KPI’s and maintain high levels of customer experience. You will be responsible for training, motivating, coaching, developing and performance management. You will also develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise sales, provide robust reports on key performance indicators, ensure sales practices deliver superior customer service, share knowledge and collaborate with the broader business and more.

The opportunity requires a professional and seasoned customer-centric National Sales & Marketing Manager who can effectively lead, manage and drive the sales and marketing team as well as influence, inspire and create a high performance culture.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Previous Sales & Marketing Management/Sales Director experience at a State or National level, ideally in a corporate property developer/organisation
  • Experience in Communities/Land and High Rise/Apartments is essential, either in the Residential or Retirement Living sector
  • Full Real Estate Licence in either VIC and/or NSW
  • Strong property industry knowledge throughout Australia, including membership or activity in relevant industry bodies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are imperative to the success of this role
  • Highly computer literate especially across the Microsoft Office suite; Experience in using Salesforce will be highly regarded
  • Inspirational, positive and motivational style of leadership
  • Current Drivers licence and own vehicle, and ability to travel interstate as required
