Reporting to the General Manager, the core focus of this position will be to drive the sales & marketing strategy for your business unit, lead a high-performing sales team to achieve all financial and operational KPI’s and maintain high levels of customer experience. You will be responsible for training, motivating, coaching, developing and performance management. You will also develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise sales, provide robust reports on key performance indicators, ensure sales practices deliver superior customer service, share knowledge and collaborate with the broader business and more.
The opportunity requires a professional and seasoned customer-centric National Sales & Marketing Manager who can effectively lead, manage and drive the sales and marketing team as well as influence, inspire and create a high performance culture.
