About the role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a talented and proven National Sales Manager to build on the success of highly respected commercial cleaning and facility services business and be at the forefront of the next phase of their growth. You will identify new opportunities for growth, nurture leads, develop them into long lasting business relationships and maintain strong existing ones. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, you will drive and support all of the company’s initiatives, drive up sales and foster a culture of success. You will absolutely be a people person and be ready to take the reigns of national sales and guide, mentor and nurture the company’s talented team of up and coming sales professionals. Duties

  • Drive and support all group initiatives
  • Individually and nationally, drive targets for profitable sales, and key financial performance
  • Promote learning and development initiatives for all sales employees
  • Provide leadership to sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical
  • Oversee and support all sales employees.
  • Work closely with the sales team and advise them on sales strategies, forecasting, and general management issues in order to align the business’s efforts, avoid conflict of interests, and enable the achievement of the business’s overall goals and
  • Collaborate with the Group Sales Director in determining the sales department’s budget as well as appropriate internal budgetary
  • Support the Group Sales Director in managing outcomes and performance of all sales
  • Seek further business opportunities for the group to boost sales and position within
  • Provide sales support to the bidding process in tenders for the group
  • Measure and report on sales performance to the Group Sales Director on a Monthly Basis
  • Provide input to company

Skills and experience

  • At least 5 years working in a high-level sales role preferably in a service based industry.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in a managerial position while growing a national organisation.
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly articulate and customer orientated.
  • Complete understanding of the cleaning and building management processes.
  • Must be able to demonstrate superior leadership skills, being able to move a vast cross-functional group in a single direction.
  • Cleaning industry experience will be a benefit.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks.
  • Must have a valid Australian driver’s licence.
