Due to the growth of the company and a strong pipeline of significant projects launching this year the timing is perfect to appoint a new Marketing Manager to join the business and head up their Marketing department.
Reporting directly to the Director you will have accountability across all aspects of Marketing including project marketing, PR & Communications, brand strategy, digital marketing, social media strategy, event management, developing and delivering high performing marketing campaigns, overseeing procurement and agency partnerships, budget management and the customer journey process from initial enquiry through to settlement of the developments.
You will have the opportunity to launch at least 2 luxury Mixed-Use projects to the market in 2021, deliver a brand re-fresh as well as conduct an audit of the marketing function in terms of current activity and relationships, efficiency, cost and formation.
