The Company

A new opportunity to work with a Property Fund Manager in their inner Melbourne office. With a strong mandate for continued growth, they are committed to building upon their success to date in developing, owning and managing commercial assets in Australia.

The Role

Working closely with the executive leadership team, the primary focus of the role is all investor related and new business marketing and communications activities. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing a comprehensive communications strategy, in conjunction with the management team
  • Collaboration with the management team to understand the business objectives, investments and performance
  • Formulate high quality and regular investor reports
  • Prepare investor presentations for management to deliver
  • Leverage the existing database to manage all marketing communication including monthly and quarterly newsletters
  • Engage and liaise with external marketing related service providers regarding various material that is not able to be produced in-house

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Extensive Marketing Communications experience
  • Working experience & knowledge within the Property industry is essential, with experience in Funds or Investment Management, Retail or Commercial property an advantage
  • Demonstrated capabilities in producing high-quality written material for investor reporting
  • Hands on experience developing, implementing and driving new initiatives in digital marketing and the creation and development of digital strategies
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exemplary communications skills both verbal and written and high level negotiation skills
