Kingfisher Recruitment is partnering with a leading maintenance business to provide critical handyman services to a multipurpose city fringe site. Required experience across facilities maintenance including minor property repairs and works including basic painting, plastering, carpentry etc. Great environment with long term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on multipurpose properties.
• Troubleshoot and fix various issues, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

• Well Organised
• Can work in a team and independently.
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• White card, trade certificate
