The Company

This leading property owner develops, holds and maintains their property portfolio by taking a long term view on how they manage their assets. This long term view is supported by a dedicated and dynamic team of Facilities Managers who are valued as part of the decision making process with regards to the long term strategy of their buildings.

The Role

As the Facilities Manager you will ensure the day to day operations of your portfolio of buildings. You will coordinate contractors to deliver reactive and preventative maintenance whilst ensuring WHS and compliance is of the highest standard.

Your key duties will include:

  • Ensure the Regulatory and Routine Maintenance schedules are maintained
  • Effectively manage the overall presentation and operation of the portfolio
  • Report to management on a regular basis as to the performance of properties
  • Ensure cleaning service standards are maintained and contracted KPI’s are met
  • Ensure all Essential Safety Measures testing and compliance requirements are achieved as per legislative requirements
  • Implement and coordinate capital upgrades and tenancy refurbishments

Experience required

  • Previous facilities management experience working on behalf of a landlord
  • Knowledge of current regulatory and legislative compliance
  • The ability to develop positive working relationships with tenants and contractors
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
