The Company

Our client is a fast-growing developer with a significant range of residential master plan and medium density projects in various stages of planning and construction. Offering the opportunity to create large scale, innovative urban landscapes where communities can thrive.

The Role

Working in the residential space, you will be working on large master plan communities, land sub-division and townhouses with exposure across project life cycle from early acquisition phase right through to handover. The main responsibilities will be:

  • Create feasibility and budget forecasting reports
  • Manage the planning & amendments submission processes
  • Assist in the selection process and appointing of consultants
  • Work closely with consultants to produce concept and detailed design documentation
  • Assist in the process of creating sales & marketing strategy
  • Review and administer all relevant consultant and contractor agreements
  • Liaise and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support and regularly report to the General Manager

Skills & Behaviours

You will be an existing Development Manager or an up and coming Assistant Development Manager within the industry with a key drive and sense of ambition to take on greater responsibility and ownership of projects. You will have an in-depth financial understanding to determine the profitability of projects and monitor the costs throughout ensuring budget guidelines are maintained. You will possess excellent communications and presentation skills, with the ability to create close working relationships with an internal development team and external stakeholders.
