Kingfisher Recruitment are currently working with a major corporate real estate group to recruit a property coordinator.

Supporting the Asset Manager, this role provides essential property administration support to include lease renewals, rent runs, payment of invoices, insurance coordination, data integrity and various administration support duties. The purpose of the role is to ensure the effective management of a complex portfolio of some 800 properties ranging from offices to industrial storage, training centres and retail stores.

The portfolio includes 200 leased properties and some 600 owned sites so your experience managing property support on both the tenant and landlord side would be considered useful. Based in the CBD of Sydney (subject to a return to work in line with government protocol), you’ll work as part of a small but busy property team within a large corporate real estate environment. As you’ll be dealing with a complex range of stakeholders, It’s important that you can effectively prioritise tasks, have excellent levels of communication with an eye for detail in property reporting.

The role will suit someone with a passion for real estate and a foundation of at least two years’ experience in commercial property working either for an owner or perhaps on the side of a service providing agency.

On offer is a salary package of $75k, Initial interviews will be held by video call, with a final stage interview at the physical office, adhering to all social distancing protocols.
