Client Relations/ Marketing/ Land Developer

The Company

Our client is a community focused Developer with decades of experience delivering masterplanned communities across Australia. Due to a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for a highly driven all-rounder to join their Sales & Marketing division and work across events, social media and customer service management.

The Role

Reporting to the State Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all customers and aspects of community developments throughout VIC. Working in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will utilise your high attention to detail by assisting in creating and sharing content for all digital platforms, as well as build opportunities to enrich the brand of the company and develop measurable key performance indicators for successful outcomes across the community development sector. You will also display strong community spirit work with residents and community members forming groups and coordinating events.

Your experience

To be considered for this role, you will be an excellent communicator and have a strong ability to establish excellent customer and stakeholder relationships. You will possess a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work tasks and ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Event coordination, customer service and marketing experience in Residential Communities from a Developer, Agency or Consultancy
  • Degree qualification or diploma in Business, Marketing, PR, Communications or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets including budget planning, delivery and reporting
  • Strong Networking abilities
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder and supplier management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a wider project team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with accurate data entry
  • Experience in database management and CRM systems
  • Previous experience using and managing social media platforms
  • Project/ Event management experience
  • Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
