Client Liaison/Sales Support Coordinator – Property

The Company

An innovative and progressive Australian owned Property Group who have created a culture with open and transparent communication and high staff engagement.

The Role

In this newly role, you will support the Sales team throughout the entire Sales process particularly through contract execution, settlement and post-settlement/after-service phases.

Typical duties are varies and may include B2B client liaison with builders, solicitors, finance brokers etc, and B2C client liaison such as answering enquiries, market and industry research using the company’s existing network, develop and collate property packs, coordinate meetings with clients and Sales Consultants, provide clients with construction updates, coordinate final settlement inspections, arrange settlement gifts, and a range of other database management, administration and coordination.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Property industry, whether it is from a Developer, Builder, Agency or Legal firm
  • Understanding of the Off The Plan sales and settlement process and sales contracts administration
  • Experience with House & Land packages and Apartment sales highly regarded
  • Fantastic customer service/client liaison and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to navigate and effectively use a CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment; strong multi-tasking skills

You will have the opportunity to be based 1-2 days from home, with a home set-up provided for you, and the remainder of the Monday to Friday working week within their Melburne CBD office.
