Bilingual Project Sales Consultant – Property Developer

  • Diversified development group with design led projects
  • Seeking a Bi-lingual (English & Mandarin) Sales Consultant
  • Solid base salary & commission structure negotiable upon your experience level

The Company

A market leading diversified Property Developer with an exceptionally strong brand in the market and a history in delivering award winning landmark projects. As a result of a strong pipeline of projects to be launched within this financial year, they are looking to appoint an additional Project Sales Consultant to their team on a permanent full-time basis.

The Role

This role will primarily be focused on selling across 2 design led Mixed-Use Apartment projects. As a Project Sales Consultant you will be managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to settlement and handover ensuring a customer orientated approach at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of monthly sales and settlement targets
  • Follow up on all leads presented to you
  • Manage the presentation and general cleanliness of the display when applicable
  • Manage purchasers through the sales process from initial contact through to settlement
  • Manage the CRM database and provide weekly reports and updates to management including sales pipeline, traffic and buyer profiles
  • Accurately complete and process all contracts, conditions and deposits
  • Attend weekly sales and/or staff meetings as required
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the company with the utmost integrity

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin & English
  • Previous off the plan Project Sales Experience in Apartment Sales, either with a Developer or Project Marketer
  • Experience in either East or Melbourne CBD regarded highly
  • Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, with 2 weekdays off
  • Be a self-starter, highly motivated, driven and possess a resilient attitude
  • Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
  • Solid communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills

In terms of remuneration, you will have a healthy base (not retainer) and commission structure, both which are negotiable depending on the level of experience, your prior sales track record and potential.

Due to Covid, you will be working remotely from home currently, however an immediate start is still available.
