The Role

Our client is open to candidates from architecture, engineering, design, construction and consultancy backgrounds. The key factor to be successful in this role is that you will have previous project management experience in one or more of the following sectors; commercial, health, education, residential, retail.

  • Assisting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in taking projects from design phase through to completion and handover
  • Create progress reports & monitor budgets, cash flow and program management
  • Input your research and recommendations for tendering out to sub-contractors and consultants
  • Host and present in daily and weekly meetings with key stakeholders; internal senior managers, consultants, sub-contractors, clients and investors


  • 2 years post graduate experience delivering projects
  • Understanding of construction methods
  • University degree in property or industry related field
  • Presentation and communication skills must be exceptional
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong desire and passion for the property and your career development
