The Role

Your role will be to work on the development and delivery of major master-planned communities in Melbourne’s key growth corridors, initially to work on one of 3 newly acquired projects. This will include assisting with project feasibilities, ensuring that projects are closely monitored and are tracking in line with desired outcomes.

Typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Maintenance of development feasibilities throughout the projects various stages.
  • Assisting with appointment of planning, design, survey, engineering and architecture consultants and working closely with them to produce concept designs and estimates.
  • Liaising with council bodies and authorities to lodge planning/engineering submissions and achieve approvals.
  • Liaison with internal Sales and Marketing team and external Sales and Marketing consultants.
  • Assisting with project delivery including tendering, contract administration, program review, budget forecasting, cash flow presentation, attending PCG and site meetings, Statement of Compliance, on/off maintenance etc.
  • Various other tasks across the development life cycle as required.

The Requirements

To be suitable for this role, you must have;

  • A good knowledge of the property development processes and how they come together;
  • A Valuations, Property Analysis or Planning background. Civil Construction will also be considered;
  • Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Completed a university degree in Property or a related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
