Administration Assistant Immediate Start 3 Days p/w

- 3-6 month contract.
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing databases? A leading health care provider is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This role is part time 2-3 days for a 3-6 month contract. Contract starting Monday 7th October 2024. Fitzroy location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain D365 and internal database systems
- Organise and coordinate meetings and work schedules
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general administrative support
- Act as the point of contact for internal assistance
Requirements & Skills:
- Prior administration experience desirable
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
