The Company

A well known and established Cleaning & Maintenance company who provide an integrated service to a diverse client base including corporate, commercial, government, education, health, service, industrial and retail.

The Role

You will report to the Operations Manager, taking ownership for the day-to-day management and compliance of a delegated portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts or clients. You will be a key point of contact for clients, acting as critical part of the operations team in building rapport and partnering with strategic stakeholders to understand and deliver client objectives including:

  • End to end contact client management
  • Customer retention based
  • Promoting a high standard of quality assurance amongst team members
  • Assist in new contract start-ups and change overs
  • Managing onsite compliance by promoting relevant OH&S and environmental policies and procedures as well as chemical and test and tag programs.
  • Management of designated client portfolio
  • Promoting a high standard of quality assurance amongst team members
  • Identifying opportunities of growth within allocated accounts

Skills required

The successful candidate will process the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years operational experience within a cleaning management capacity
  • Understanding of Integrated FM
  • Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for delivering quality service
  • Computer literacy & CRM software skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence essential.
