Regional Development Manager - Bunnings

Bunnings is an iconic brand and a division of a Top 20 ASX listed company, with approximately 250 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Due to an internal promotion and continued growth, a leadership opportunity is now available within the property team.

Key duties & responsibilities include:

Reporting to the National Manager, overall responsibility for delivering new sites in the southern region (Vic/Tas/SA/WA).
Operational and strategic focus, working closely with the senior management team.
Demonstrated ability to lead a high performance development team.
Detailed management reporting, financial reporting and cost control.
End-to-end development experience required.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess high level communication skills and strong work ethic.
